The ‘BHATT PARK’ at Calicut beach was brought back to its glory through a series of architectural interventions for the people to gather, dwell and reorient themselves. The new design and element included in the park provides a vital respite from the pace of urban life by creating refreshing experience for both the family and children. The Bhatt park being beside the beach is in itself beautiful and inspired by nature. Along with it the new design consists of skating ring, fish pond, lily pool, interactive fountain, children’s play area and cafeteria. Thus the park contributes to the health and wellbeing of the people and also provides a leisure environment.
